Seminar: ORGANIZING THE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IN THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ERA
Ho Chi Minh City, July 27, 2025 – The Marketing of Accounting and Auditing Club (MAAC), in collaboration with the CCC English Club of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, successfully hosted the seminar “Organizing the Accounting System in the Digital Transformation Era” at the District 7 Campus.
Held under the direction of the University Youth Union, the 2025 Green Summer Campaign Command Board, and the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, the seminar attracted a large number of students, particularly those majoring in Accounting and Auditing, eager to strengthen their practical skills and meet the growing demands of the labor market.
The keynote speaker, Ms. Nguyễn Trần Khánh Phượng, Tax Accounting Specialist at VLK Tax and Accounting Co., Ltd., provided in-depth insights into:
-Fundamental shifts in the role and function of accounting systems in the digital era.
-Transitioning from traditional to technology-integrated accounting models.
-Essential digital skills and tools for future accounting professionals.
The event fostered an interactive atmosphere, enabling students to directly engage with the speaker, pose questions, and discuss real-world business challenges. This exchange enhanced their understanding of the opportunities and challenges posed by digital transformation in accounting.
The MAAC and CCC Clubs expressed their gratitude to the Faculty Board of Accounting and Auditing, lecturers, guest speaker Mrs. Nguyễn Trần Khánh Phượng, the 2025 Green Summer Campaign Command Board, the Faculty Union – Student Union, supporting clubs and groups, and all participating students.
As digital transformation continues to reshape the accounting profession, proactive learning and adaptability remain key for students to confidently enter the modern workforce. This seminar marked an important step in that journey.
