On April 22, 2025, the Central Executive Committee issued Regulation No. 285-QĐ/TW on preventing, detecting, and stopping violations committed by Party organizations and members.

Purpose:
To strengthen discipline, uphold Party principles, and proactively prevent violations from the early stages.

Scope:
Applies to all levels of Party committees, Party organizations, Party members, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals.

 Key Highlights:

Prevention of Violations

  • Enhance political and ideological education.

  • Promote transparency and integrity in Party operations.

  • Strictly control power, combat corruption and misconduct.

  • Apply digital technology and open feedback channels for timely reporting.

Detection of Violations

  • Conduct inspections, supervision, and review.

  • Encourage self-assessment, criticism, and peer evaluation within Party activities.

  • Accept reports from individuals, agencies, and the public.

Violation Response

  • Promptly verify and handle suspected violations.

  • Temporarily suspend duties if necessary.

  • Encourage honesty in reporting and restitution of misappropriated assets.

???? Responsibilities:

  • Party Committees and Inspection Commissions: Lead implementation and oversight.

  • State Agencies and Mass Organizations: Coordinate monitoring and provide information.

  • Media & Citizens: Report and cooperate in detecting and preventing violations.

Implementation:
Party organizations at all levels are tasked with disseminating and executing the Regulation effectively. Periodic reviews and reports are required for monitoring.
